Dish 1000 Upgrade w/301?

I got a work order for someone with a 301 ONLY (no notes to the effect of them having a 622 on site) who is getting a dish1000 upgrade. WO lists tops 180, DMA Memphis, and DMA Little Rock (wtf?)--no high def package.


Is there a legit reason for this, or did dish fubar the order?

Morning,

Three channels in the Little Rock DMA are on 129; KVTN TV 25, KYPX TV 49, and KKAP TV 36. Memphis is all on 110.
