diseqc 1.2 and usals problems

fortec ultra lifetime with software version 2.29 and boot version 5.1 won't control sg-2100 motor. tried re-booting receiver, and re-setting motor. still nothing. the green indicator is on showing power and stand-by, when i go into antenna setup and send a movement command the led blinks orange and the motor does nothing. please help

I would make sure that your power connections to the motor are good and are not shorted.

The orange means the motor isnt getting the command
