Discussions of local or syndicated programming

This is just a solicitation for discussion. We probably won't resolve anything but maybe someone will have a bright idea.

Where should we discuss a topic related to local programming (local news, locally produced shows, and syndicated fare) some discussions have taken place in the network areas which does not seem right to me. i feel that the OTA area is better but I know that some feel that this area should be reserved for more technical issues (though we already discuss things like what subchannels are available etc that are not really technical).

Does anyone have any thoughts on where these discussions should go? i suppose it is possible that topics regarding locally produced programming could go somewhere different than the discussions of syndicated fare.

General is where we discussed generic network related and what few syndicated come up, we are working towards revamping things though and any ideas are welcome.

That would answer half of the "problem" (though I suspect no one is losing sleep over any of it) ----and that does make sense for that half.
