Discrete Codes?

I just got my 921 last night. Haven't experienced any bugs yet, but I also do not use the OTA function. I was wondering if the discrete codes are activated yet. I have On and Off for address 1 and they do not work with my 921. Every other button on the my learning remote for address one does work, so it doesn't seem to be an infared problem. Any comments.
By the way, I got my 921 from my local dealer. He said his distributor only had 5 for the region, so I guess I lucked out.

No discrete codes yet, regardless of what the E* tech bulletin released a couple of weeks ago says. Hopefully in L1.43.
