discount on programming package ?

I just installed dish+ system given by my friend who cancelled the service 5 month ego, but before I order for programming , I was wondering if Dishnetwork offers any discount or at reduced rate on one of their programming packages ,say classic bronze 100 for those with hardware already installed?

No. Same price to every one, but you may get free premiums for a short period of time.
