Just wanted to share my recent experience with the Dish Internet Response Team (DIRT).
So there it was about 10 minutes until the NFL Sunday kickoff and it hits me....I forgot to subscribe to multisports/redzone. I meant to do it earlier this week but the procrastinator in me let it slide.
I scramble to get online and set up a chat with customer service on mydish.com. Well low and behold there was over a 20 minute wait for a chat session. I thought maybe I'll try calling but knew better than that.
My next thought (which should have been my first) was to come here and see if one of our DIRT team members was online...sure enough they were.
To make a long story short I pm'd MikeH and he responded back with a quickness. After a few message exchanges Mike had me hooked up and watching Redzone just in time for kickoff. I was a happy boy!!
