Hmmm.... IDK, I'm a Dish Network installer, I don't install Directv so I'm not sure how to tell if they are SWM ready...Ask me another question...lol

Theoretically if this has never been activated to anyones account, once the buyer activates it, it would be leased. However based on the age of this box, it could possibly be converted to owned. Im thinking this is a stonecold question.
