Direcway/Hughesnet Question

I have had Direcway since November and in the last couple of months the browsing speed is super slow. I was talking to a Level 2 Technical Support Rep and she mentioned that a site "Cnn.com" should take about 45 seconds to fully load, it took me over 3 minutes to load.

In my control center, everything is a "Go/Green Light." I have a signal strength of around 75 and my modem is a DNS7000.

what satellite are you on and what transponder?

go to http://192.168.0.1/fs/registration/setup.html select antenna pointing and click next to the crosspol test. then run and manual acp and count 20 times as it clicks and post results showing how many passes and fails and the numbers
