DirecTV2PC - CE Beta 2.1 - v.4902 (File Fixed)

I am still getting no recorded programs available. Does anyone know of a fix for this? Some mentioned firewall but I've tried with firewall turned off and same thing. When I tested my equipment I had all green lights.
