I'm confused. What do you do for a living, and how old are you? Are there extenuating circumstances? Do you expect your income to ramp up to cover your debts? Maybe your situation is one I can relate to, but you need to provide more details.

will not and cannot add service to an account (UNLESS IT IS REAGED NOT GOING TO HAPPEN UNLESS HELL HATH FROZEN OVER) if it is past due this includes activating an addtional reciever on your account, sound famililiar? "I can take an immediate payment over the phone with check or credit card". you can downgrade your service but you cannot add new service.
