I have not heard from my contact at DIRECTV but according to my contact at ESPN the channels "should" have gone up in testing yesterday.

Please do not consider that confirmation though.

I've see Fusion is going to be on Ch 342 after El Rey Network channel
and Longhorn on Ch 677 as a RSN in between FS Oklahoma HD Alternate and Altitude HD RSN
currently in testing both in HD.

Does that mean you need the package that gets El Rey for Fusion? Because I don't get that package. Too many SD channels in it- not worth it (Esquire, Sprout, Elrey, chiller and a few encores).

Not sure, but we'll know something before it goes live, but I think Choice or Higher for Fusion
And for LHN would be Premier or Sports Pack, unless LHN is part of local RSN.

Though I can't confirm it's just a guess.

according to longhorn network's wikipedia page (if you want to believe), longhorn and fusion are being added as part of the sec network deal. nothing about a deal with disney yet.

channels have been known to be in test for 3 weeks. but i'm kinda thinking this won't be the case with longhorn. i believe it will launch this week or next.
