He ask Mike Whitrock to come out.

Mike asks him if retailers will be able to offer AT&T Wireless service. The answer is retailers will have the ability to identify AT&T wireless customers and be able to bunder DIRECTV. He also says they are looking to expand distribution.

He says that AT&T wants to make sure that DIRECTV continues to grow, they are not looking to buy it and let it die. They are investing billions and they want to see it succeed.

Will retailers be able to sell and install broadband and video? The answer is yes. Its not all nailed down yet, but yes.

A bunch of rambling about how AT&T distribution works with channels and that they are good at it. (Nothing interesting)

How are dealers who are in close proximity of an AT&T affected by the merger?

His answer "You live in a good area" which gets laughs.

He says there will be some collateral damage. But he things everyone should be able to coexist.
