Just an FYI, if you are looking at seeing what "Deals" are out there for retention. I found that if you call and just ask what deals are out there. A Regular CSR, wmay be able to work with you. Last week I also was unsure what the retention number was spoke to a regular CSR, asked if I could be transfered to retention. She asked if she could help with my question.

I asked if there were any "Specials" going on she looked at my account and said, yes so I got a premium channel for six months for 1.00. I know its the luck of the draw, but it can work
