Is anybody else having trouble with DIRECTV's on demand channels? Last night I tried to download an episode of The Sopranos, and got a message that the content wasn't available. They were convinced that the problem was that the receiver wasn't connected to the internet, but they sent a technician out today, and he couldn't get it to work either. So he replaced our Genie HR44-500 with another one, and now I'm waiting for everything to get up and running again, but I was wondering if anybody else has had this problem, and if so, what did you do to fix it?
