ya think this model is networkable wired or wireless or did i just spend my mula on a pretty silver box. I do see some usb ports in the back and off the menu options i can push to VCR. I don't want to do that.

Someone didn't do their homework. The USB ports are totally useless unless you go to a Tivo hack site and install the mods to enable them.
