DirecTV Guide Problems

I just have a quick question. I have the HD setup and ever since Sunday night whenever I use my guide the preview box that normally shows the channel you are on has been scrambled. By scrambled I mean there are 3-4 channels showing in the box at the same time. for example it has part of ESPNnews, MTV and Playoy in it now. Is anyone else having this problem. I just thought that it was strange that the problem didnt start till they were suppose to start changing HD programming. thought I would ask before I call DirecTV.

what receiver are you using? I'm using the HTL-HD with no problems.

Did you try unplugging the reciever and then plugging it back in. That is the only fix Directv knows or else they will tell you that the box is broken or you need a service call.

I have a Samsung Receiver. I have unplugged the receiver and it did not help. I have only had the receiver about 5 months. that is the only problem that Ive had and it just started.

Check your settings menu under guide settings.
