DirecTV Commercial Package for Bars (Blackouts)

I have a question about Blackouts on NFL Sunday ticket as they apply to the commercial packages that Sports Bars can purchase.

From what I've read, NFL Sunday Ticket (for individuals) is subject to blackouts in each home team market.

My question is about the commercial package for bars. Since they pay quite a bit more to show all games to their customers, are they also subject to blackouts in the home team market if that game doesn't sell out?

Figured this would be a good question for you professional installers out there.

us professional installers have nothing to do with billing, so most of us probably wont have any idea, or at least i dont, i see your point, but i think a call to d* is your best bet. that answer you know will be correct.
