Just to show that DirecTV isn't the only company that have some CSR's that don't use their brains:
Dish Network Waives Fees After Fire - KCRA News Story - KCRA Sacramento
"Six days after losing his home, Lyle Swesey is still getting his bearings after losing his home to a fire in Auburn.
But when he called Dish Network to officially disconnect his service, he was told it was going to cost him $400."
And just like the DirecTV case it took a call from a reported to get things set right.
