Directv Channel 250 FX atlernate????

It was setup incase the ball games ran over each other.

Most likely it was for the Yankess-Red Sox game in the event the Cardinals-Astros game ran long. I seem to remember them doing the same thing last year.

If the two games overlapped, your local Fox would carry one game, and then you local cable company would put the other game on your FX channel. Well since on DBS the same FX channel goes out to everyone, they had to put a 2nd one up so that the other game would be available to your reguardless of which one your fox is showing.
