Starting Sept.12th new residential customers who purchase any Directv DVR between September 12,2004 and January 9, 2005, and activate DVR service with 1 yr. commitment. Customer will automatically receive the official mail-in Rebate Form in their first month's Directv programming bill. Limit 1 per new account.
