Direct vs Dish use

Not really sure how I wanted to Title this. Well, here is probably a well answered question. I just canceled my DTV and still have the dish up on the roof. Will the DTV dish work with the Dish recievers? Sorry for the redundant question, I just couldn't find the answer in my search. Thanks

But they can use the pole for the Dish dish.

No, ALL the current DISH dishes use 1 5/8, INCLUDING all the current HD/3 sat dishes.
The ONLY ones that use 2", were the Superdish's, or H/A dishes...

No, I meant the Alaska/Hawaii "special" dishes; but yes the H & W dishes, too...
