It looks just like the picture, but it only has two cables coming out. Do I neet to remove the eyeballs and add another cable for my third tv?

If you have the set up in the photo Ice attached, yes, take the LNB off, 1 screw typically and you should have 4 lugs inside, connect a cable for the third recvr and run it directly to the recvr, I don't think you want any of the switches on it if thats the case.

correct. There are 2 screws that you undo (you can see one below the middle lNB) and the LNB comes off real easy. Hook up the 3rd cable and run directly to new receiver (remove the switch)
