Hi I live in the caribbean (St.Maarten)and I have a Direct TV Latin America LNB, will that work for DishNet or do I have to buy a different LNB? I also have an America Direct TV LNB, will that work for DishNet?

The only DirecTV LNBs that work are the single ones -- the 3 LNB dishes don't work unfortunately. A regular DirecTV single LNB is usually regarded as a "legacy" LNB and should work fine with your receiver.

The GLA (DirecTV Latino) LNB will NOT work with any other DBS service.
USA D* LNB's are compatible with E*

The 110 (Latino) lnb for Directv is considered a special lnb that will only work on that Directv satellite. (Sat.C)

Nope, Direct latin America(used here in Puerto Rico) work at different frequency so you need to buy a legacy lnb or Dp lnb, sorry.
