I had Direct tv reinstalled after being away for a while. I had the Genie system with 4 mini installed. The problem is after they left we had problems with Time Warners internet. The installers installed a device opn the wireless router he said was for VOD and pay per view, connecting to the internet. The connectivity in the Direct TV keeps coming and going, mostly gone. All the computers appear to be fine now, but connected devices such as IPADs, my smart TV and playstation 3 will not connect now. When they left the boxes were connected to the internet because he showed me the apps. I have restored default and reconnected once. We even watched some VOD. Any idea what might be causing the boxes to disconnect and only devices not being able to connect.
