DirecPath and DirecTV Deals

Here's the deal. I want to switch from Comcast to DirecTV and use my American Express Blue card to do this. AMEX has a deal going now where you can get a $200 gift card if you do this too. Problem is, my building is wired for DirecPath so I'm going to have to go through them for this to work. I also want to take advantage of the AT&T combined bill as well for the extra savings but I also don't know if I can do this because of DP. Does anyone know the details of this or if I even have a chance?
