Direc Hr34 or Hr24

Thinking of upgrading my main unit an HR 24
To a HR34.

I currently have three HR24s.
No issues but I'd like some new tech.

Worth upgrade???

As usual Direc is being difficult.
New customer deals only.
Ancient customers can go scratch.

However, I'll pick one up outside of Direc.
