I'm sure this has been asked in the past but was curious how easy it would be to diplex OTA and cable internet on the same cable.
 
While it may be possible (particularly if you're still using a DOCSIS <2.0 modem), as time goes on, it will almost certainly become impossible.

It is best to dismiss thoughts of diplexing now and explore an alternative.
 
IF, and only IF, you 'take a look' with a spectrum analyzer. and your OTA falls within 'dead bands' of the cable inbound and outbound, and vice versa, is it conceivably possible. Also, isolation amps would be required so as to not insert the OTA into the cable and vice versa.
Easier, and probably less costly, to run a second coax.
