Difference in Turbo HD and other packages

What is the difference in HD channels between TurboHD Gold and a package like Classic Gold 250 with HD & Platinum channels added?

The classic packages include all the channels that are not in HD. One just has to decide if you want any of the non HD channels.

There are several HD channels not available under Turbo HD that are available with Classic with the HD addon. Off the top of my head, they are: Fox News, Fox Business, FX, Speed, MTV, VH1, Nick, and MSNBC.
