8 - had to call twice - automated answering system disconnected me the first time.
3) How many 921's / 622's did you trade up or want to trade up?
2nd upgrade: Upgraded owned 942 to leased 622. Previously upgraded leased 522 to 622.
4) We you able to upgrade? If not why?
