Many VOOM customers reported billing problems in this Forum. Let's see how wide-spread such billing problems are among our Forum members. Please indicate which problems you have personally experienced. Select all that apply.
 
I chose Wrong Amount Billed. They doubled up on my Extra receiver fee for a few months, no big deal compared to what other's have had happen. I got it fixed with 1 phone call.
 
I guess the first problem was double billing (in a way)- they didn't charge the card during one billing cycle (though their statement showed it as paid), then charged it twice in the next cycle to make up for it (correct, but still confusing) and one statement didn't make any sense at all (don't have it handy, but the dollar amount didn't match up to any of the service levels). I think it's all fixed now.
