Did my waiver get approved?

Today when I loged in to check the status of my waiver new options appeared, as follows:
"Local Package - 3.99"
"Distant Network Package - 5.99" --- this gives me a choice of six cities
"Distant Network a la Carte"

I managed to get FOX and NBC (on the second request) distant locals approved, but ABC and CBS have been denied 3 times now. I just keep submitting waiver requests every 3 weeks for those two, hoping they'll eventually get approved the way NBC did on the second attempt.

How do you "log on & check for waivers" ? I've had distant analog NBC, ABC & Fox + distant CBS HD (no analog though) for a while but not sure how. I don't want to raise any flags with Dish and possibly loose them but I'd also like to know my status, like if I have waivers or am grandfathered, or whatever.

I know I was forced to choose between LiLs & what DNS I have a while back and now that there is some speculation that Dish might put up other HD DNS, I'd like to know if I'll qualify.
