I am getting a test failed code for network payback errors due to dropped connections. Any idea what the problem is? I am plugged into a router that is set up as a repeater to another router. I have never had any problems with this router before, just wondering if this is causing any troubles.

Here is the info for error 79:
Indicates that the network connection has dropped multiple MRV sessions over the past 5 days. Check for loose/bad connectors that may be causing intermitent problems with the signal. Verify all hardware have green labels indicating that they are SWM/MRV compliant.

Given you are using a router I'm guessing you have an unsupported MRV setup. I'd recommend eliminating the repeater and considering upgrading to a SWM network with DECAs to have the MRV run on it's own network.

If you have a Genie (HR34) DVR and client (C31) this is an expected condition. Every time you turn off the client it generates an error 79 on the server.

Thanks for the info, I do have the Genie with 3 clients. I can pull on demand fine from the network so I guess all is good.
