I've have a friend who recently upgraded his AV reciever. (Onkyo) With his HR22-100 connected, he get's frequent, momentary (1 sec) audio dropouts while watching network television broadcasted in Dobly D. When these dropouts occur his receiver displays "daiglog norm" which is Dolby Digital's dialog normalization data tag. This should be transparent and not causing dropouts.
He's replaced the Onkyo and tried both HDMI and Optical connections with no help. The dropouts seem to occur more often on certain network stations.
Anyone know about this problem and/or have any suggestions?
Thanks,
John
