This may be a stupid question but does the Digital home protection plan cover receivers that you own or just that you lease?

DHPP covers ALL equipment, leased or not. It is $5.99 for up to 4 receivers, $6.99 for 5 receivers and $7.99 for 6 receivers.

So if I purchased a used receiver and it died a month later I could just sign up and they will fix it?
