Does Anyone have a Copy of the DHA customer Agreement that exisiting customers must sign when they give you an upgrade? I was never given a copy and I wanted one for my records, because they have falsely accused me of signing a contract which I had no information on. If anyone has one, please send it to me or point me to where I can get one. DIsh says that it will take them 20 days to send me a copy of the one I signed just a few days ago, showing that I declined the 18 month... They aer saying that my verbally accepting a free upgrade, I automatically was accpeting an 18 mo contract, however I was NEVER told about this Contract.. I would like to see this aggreement, so if anyone has one, it would be very helpful.. thanks!
