Deleting local channels with 811

While deleting some unwanted local channels, I cannot delete a specific sub-channel(1.3 CBS). The other ones deleted fine, do you have any ideas? Thanks.

The subchannels, 1.1, 1.2, 1.3 are all on the same channel. I don't think you can delete one without deleting the whole channel itself.
