Deleted Satellites -VP211

I accidentally deleted all the satellites from my VP211. Now if i try to check switch it shows only an X satellite box. 110,119 & 129 have been removed. Is there any way to re-port the satellites?

Welcome to SatelliteGuys ! let the check switch do it's thing and the 3 should show back up...

They don't show back up. After check switch is finished it says there is a problem with the system and prompts if I want to check switch again. I've done it numerous times and the satellites do not show up.

Have you checked the signal strengths? if they are good try a power button reboot (hold in till receiver reboots)or simply unplug the 211 for about 30 seconds then try again...

Since you can't manually "delete" (nor "add") satellites, I suspect that your LNB or the cable between it and receiver has failed.

you have standard troubles... Call dish and request a tech

Clear the switch matrix and see if that helps.

Disconnect the satellite feed and run check switch. Let it finish until it shows all Xs.
Connect the satellite feed back and run check switch.

If you still get the Xs, you got a problem with your dish, lnb or cabling.
