i have a dead coolsat 6000 it will not take eny downlooder

if it doesn't power up at all then check with freetech for warrenty

if the loader isn't seeing the coolsat 6000 then check and see if you are using the correct cable & correct com port

why would you need the downloader?

The software in there is good from the getgo
