DC broadcasters start PSAs for digital transition

there have been numerous threads in the DISH network forusm indicating that E* should be doing this. personally I think that it makes more sense for te OTA broadcasters to do it---and to discuss the whole digital transition in an OTA forum.

If I can find one of the old threds I may posta reference there.

Digital transition is not a Satellite, or cable issue.

As far as the end user is concerned, it deals exclusively with OTA reception.
