Dbs 1500

I have my own problem with DBS1500.All working on IA5 good strong signal.Receiver start channel search start from tr 13.getting all channel.But skipping 1-12.Freq. are at 0000 4 digit. 12 AR.How modify it? I did override some of to with freq and s.rate. not working.Software is good 1.0.3. Lnb is good from 9.75 to 12.5.Set up is as IA5 ku lnb Normal.

I know nothing about your receiver, but the lnbf appears to be a Universal. If my memory (which is poor) is correct, in the receivers menu set the lnb type to Universal or if there are 2 lines, one is 9750 (I think) and the other is 10600 (I think). I don't use a Universal lnbf, so I'm not sure about these numbers, but give it a try, and hopefully someone into Universals will correct me?

I did tried universal set up did not work ,there no signal level at all.I deal first time with this model.

DBS 1500 is a Traxis receiver
