D&M Holdings Plans New Blu-ray Players by March

Another 1.1 player for 1700.00.....now who in their right mind would buy that?

Don't get me wrong I love D&M but come on...just make it 2.0 already and the
price becomes easier to take. (granted 1K sound better 2 me)
 
Most people don't have anything to plug into that ethernet port anyway. But for us, yeah- that's what swung me to the PS3.

I wonder if the players sold by Xmas this year will ever really need firmware updates? I've got a couple of DVD players that I'd love to update. I'll update them right into the trash when i can replace them with $200 Blu-ray players.

I'm not the target audience for a $1700 player.
 
Hey, if you are going to install a true top notch home theater, why not have the right toys :up

I'm actually looking at the 3800 to replace the BD10 which will move upstairs to the bedroom. SHould be a nice match for the Lexicon. Let's see. Spend MSRP 2K for the 3800 or 7K for a new pre/pro and 1K for the 2500. Of course, I don't pay retail ;)
