Well regardless if D* website had errors or not. I was able to get CBS & NBC HD DNS added with a phone call asking for waivers to be submitted on my behalf, and I live in the "Houston" market.
The Houston Market is only supposed to get ABC and FOX DNS HD by the corrected list, so something has changed, I for one am happy for now. Since I'm in the Houston market I should be upgraded to MPEG-4 by the end of the year, hopefully....
