D* Charges my Acct and not even schduled yet?

I called this past Thursday 10-5-06 and agreed with D* for the 250-to HR20 swap. Got the $99 deal. Then they threw in couple other perqs.
Was told I would be contacted by the installers (which haven't called me yet).

I tried calling the numbers yesterday for the installers that D* gave me. Was on Hold for 15 mins x 2 calls and spoke to no-one.

Just checked my online account with D* and noticed they've already charged my account yet I don't even have a scheduled appointment! :mad: :mad: :mad:

wth......sigh!

ugh....one more phone call back to D*
