D* Bad Credit Deposit

D* is requiring me to pay a deposit fee of 300.00 which I don't mind paying. I would like the Genie HD DVR. But when I go to sign up all it say is HD DVR. Do I need to request the Genie?

If you look at the fine print on the latest offers, I believe you can ONLY get a Genie if you are doing at least 2+ TV's.
If so, then just go ahead & get the (2nd TV) mini client, wait a month, then call in & have it removed & sent back - problem solved.

I was thinking it went for both. $99 for 1 genie or $99 to add a genie with not so hot credit on top of the current charge they was quoted. I know if I try to add it via the handheld and they have rocky credit and have more than 1 tv is still charges them a $99 fee

For you don't have a passing credit score they will make you take Hr24's and h25's instead of genies and clients.

Then if you want a genie setup it's $99

Or if you want a 1 room setup and want a genie it's $99 also, which is dumb.
