D* and E* Sports Packages

Currently, there is a free preview for the Sports Package on D*.

So far, I can not believe there are no blackouts on D* so far, is this usual? and 60+ channels

When I signed up for their Sports Package on E* a lot of the channels were solid blackouts... so I canceled!

The main question is after the D* Sports Free Preview will the channels go blackout?

Why does my neighbor get the Pirates thru cable and I have E* and cant? I pay for the FOX-Pittsburgh and get the Pengiuns games. WTF? Any one help?

I think the games weren't blacked out because of the MLB EI free preview.
