What cities have CW in HD and are they all spotbeam? Thanks

I don't know which cities have CW HD, but I'm sure they are all spot beamed.

Atlanta has CW, MYTV, and our local Peachtree TV ( which was previously TBS) now, all in HD.

CW in Portland Oregon is HD

The CW in Porland Oregon is HD on Directv. It went live about 3-4 weeks ago

The CinCW doesn't even broadcast in HD, does it? It's on a digital subchannel of the local CBS and I don't think there's enough bandwidth to broadcast both CBS and the CW in HD. D* can't retransmit HD that doesn't exist (unless it is delivered as a "virtual channel" via fiber).
