There isn't one anymore,
I think it got abused and they shut it down.

Word is that you can call the main number and get transfered right away now, I havn't called in a while, so just passing info anong

They are screening calls to retention and who can blame them? You had people calling them 5 or more times a week. These forums and many like them, have posted the retention number so many times that it got totally out of control. Some people were posting in here that they would call three times or more times a day to try and get a deal. You can hardly blame them for no direct line to retention any longer. Or more appropriately those regular callers can blame themselves. You will never see a direct line again. Your calls will be screened.

Must be the fifth time someone has posted this question in the last three weeks. There is still a forum search button in here.
