Current DISH Frequency, satellite and transponder list

Can anyone tell me where to find an accurate DISH network satellite, transponder, frequency list for all HD channels? I get conflicting information from every site I go to.

Why do you need the frequency? You don't see it on the receiver anywhere.

It is streaming constantly and updating at least each four hours; take PID 0x10 and 0x11 from any Dish sat and you'll have perfect list of pertinent info for you .
