Current Customer Retention Line Number and PIN?

Can anyone verify the current phone number for Directv's customer retention line? Also, will I need a pin? I called a number and it asked for a pin. Thanks.

I don't know the number, but it does require a pin now. The pin is only good for 5 days.

I just call the regular number and ask for the dept. you want.
