CSI's on SpikeHD

Never paid much attention till tonight (had the receiver turned up a bit), but both the CSI's on Spike have very good sound compared to the A & E versions of Miami...

You're right !!!, also picture quality is Excellent !!
so a fan of CSI too? my HR-21 records CSI Las Vegas & New York and I watch them as I arrive from work or on the weekends... marathon viewing !! thank god I can skip commercials... thats a beautiful thing!

Yeah, I am catching up on CSI's... lost CBSHD in December of 06 from Dish and didn't get back till earlier this year when they settled with LIN for my HD Locals... of Course when A&E came up HD I got a head start on Miami, but am now catching up on Vegas and NY... btw comparing the Miami on now with a NY recording.... the NY beats it hands down in PQ...

Now, I watch both CSI Miami and NY and I find that both have outstanding PQ, but I tend to like the PQ on Miami just a slight bit more.
Now I'm mostly talking about the new episodes on CBS.
I do watch the Spike and A&E as well, just not as often.
I also like the PQ of USA when showing NCIS

Just watched 3 NY's clearing them out... now on a Vegas episode... I too enjoy NCIS

CSI is great on Spike. I did notice that they're a bit time compressed. I saw an episode the other day that looked like it skipped a few frames every few moments. And the character voices are a bit high pitched as well. Warrick & Grissom sound different.
